There’s a blog a shop and a newsletter, and the newsletter emphasizes the blog over the shop.
I’m a painter and a writer, and Short Comment is about giving a voice to art, telling stories, and sharing interesting ideas.
So it’s an online gallery! Sort of. We’ll see how things go.
Location
My studio is located in the Brooklyn Navy Yard and I also paint from my apartment in the East Village.

Prices are determined by size in square inches.
The frames pictured are included in the price as well as shipping.

Do you offer framing as a service?
Short Comment does not offer framing services. The only frames I make are designed for different series of artworks I produce for Short Comment and David Eli Tompkins Studio.
